Romania needs investment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Mugur Is\u0103rescu says Romania needs to invest and restore aggregate demand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Too tight a contraction in aggregate demand could produce a \u201dreal recession\u201d and that a strong absorption of EU funds is needed to counterbalance the contractionary effect of fiscal adjustment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201dWe have a revival in investment in Q3.
