The shares of TeraPlast, part of the TeraPlast Group, a manufacturer of building materials with over 130 years of tradition in the industrial sector and a company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) under the stock symbol TRP, were promoted on Friday, March 13, from the Standard category to the Premium category of the Main Market administered by the BVB.

TeraPlast a îndeplinit aceste cerințe care, printre altele, se datorează implementării unor standarde ridicate de transparență și guvernanță corporativă și este, astfel, promovată într-o clasă superioară. Această evoluție reafirmă statutul TeraPlast, de companie reprezentativă a pieței de capital din România, și marchează un nou pas în consolidarea prezenței companiei la Bursă.
The inclusion of the shares in the Premium category of the Main Market of the BVB brings a number of advantages for TeraPlast as an issuer, related to the better visibility the company will have among retail and institutional investors.
An increased presence of companies in the Premium category of the BVB is a direct indicator of the maturity of the Romanian capital market. A more mature market also means a higher standard of communication and governance among issuers, which are essential elements for increasing the confidence of local and international investors.
TRP shares are included in the market's main index, the BET index, which brings together the largest and most liquid companies listed on the BVB, as well as in the stock exchange's BET-BK, BET-TR, BET-TRN, BET-XT, BET-XT-TR, BET-XT-TRN and BETPlus indices. TeraPlast's shares are included in the FTSE Russell Emerging Markets, FTSE Globall All Cap indices, thus benefiting from visibility among international investors. Its shares are also included in the MSCI Frontier Markets indices.
TeraPlast benefits from Issuer Market Maker services provided by Raiffeisen Bank International AG from 2024, and BRK Financial Group from 2020.
