Four out of ten employees use artificial intelligence several times a day for work or in their personal lives, with most asking for advice to solve a specific problem, generate text, image or sound, or search for products and services, a survey by a recruitment platform reveals.

The rate of adoption and use of artificial intelligence tools has increased lately, and the latest survey conducted by eJobs Romania shows that 4 out of 10 participants use artificial intelligence several times a day for work or in their personal life, 21.5% use it once a week and 16% once a month or less rarely, while 23% do so once a day.

For most (64%), the mechanism of use is to formulate a complex question about something they want to find out in their field or a different one. 54,5% ask for advice to solve a specific problem, 41% need to generate a text, image, sound or website and just as many search for products or services by keywords. 401TPTP3T of respondents use artificial intelligence for translations, 311TPTP3T to summarize and 261TPTP3T to do various calculations, according to Agerpres.

One of the main lines of discussion over the last couple of years when talking about AI was the extent to which it poses a threat to the labor market and the risk of it leading to a decline in the number of jobs as more and more tasks become automated. Therefore, it was interesting to see that respondents told us that they had a sense of optimism rather than pessimism when thinking about artificial intelligence. Only 18% have a negative feeling. Including the anxiety or safety ratio, most answers go in the safety direction

says Ana Călugăru, Head of Communications, eJobs.

Moreover, almost half of the respondents said that they trust the information provided by the AI tools they use when they want to quickly research a topic, 35.2% did not have a clear opinion on the matter, and 16.5% are circumspect and do not trust.
