IT Genetics shares, a Romanian technology company specializing in digital automation and operational efficiency solutions for businesses, will begin trading on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange on May 20, 2026, under the stock symbol ITG. The listing marks a new stage in the Group's development and follows the private placement carried out by the company in December 2025, through which it raised 5.2 million lei from investors to support its development and international expansion plans.
„Listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange represents an important moment in IT Genetics' evolution and marks the beginning of a new stage for the Group. In recent years, we have built a regional technology ecosystem with international operations and solutions developed for essential industries such as retail, logistics, manufacturing, and e-commerce. Entering the capital market provides us with the necessary tools to accelerate the Group's development, while maintaining operational discipline, transparency, and long-term value creation for shareholders. In the coming period, we aim to accelerate the development of high value-added segments and international expansion, with the objective of consolidating IT Genetics' position as one of the main regional integrators of IT and automation solutions for the supply chain. We thank all the investors who have believed in our vision and who are with us in this new stage of development.” Liviu Sima and Ștefan Axinte, co-founders of IT Genetics, declared.
The capital raised in the private placement at the end of last year was intended to support the Group's international operations development, expand the industrial automation and robotics segment, and accelerate investments in products and operational infrastructure. To date, part of the capital raised has been allocated to expanding territorial presence by developing local teams. At the same time, the company has invested in developing production capacity for its own brand, Zinta, which specializes in professional consumables for retail, logistics, HoReCa, and industrial production, in order to support increasing demand and expand regional delivery capabilities. In parallel, part of the funds also contributed to supporting international expansion through the launch of the ITG Store eCommerce platform in France and Germany.
Regarding its operations in 2025, the IT Genetics Group reported operating revenue of 102.2 million lei, up 31% compared to 2024, a trend driven primarily by increased revenue from the distribution and integration of IT equipment and solutions. At the same time, 2025 was a year marked by investments and the expansion of the Group’s operational structure, including through the development of its international presence and the consolidation of business lines with high growth potential, such as industrial automation and robotics. In this context, profitability was impacted by the increase in operating costs associated with the development and consolidation process. Nevertheless, the Group remained profitable on a net basis and recorded a net profit of 1.4 million lei in 2025. This result reflects the maintenance of a solid commercial foundation and continued investment in the long-term development of the business.
Founded in 2007 by entrepreneurs Liviu Sima and Ștefan Axinte, IT Genetics has evolved into a regional technology group with operations in Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Spain, and Italy, serving over 20,000 companies across industries such as retail, logistics, industrial manufacturing, eCommerce, and HoReCa. The group develops and integrates hardware, software solutions, and services dedicated to the digitalization and automation of operational processes, and its ecosystem includes solutions and platforms like Zinta, Planograma (WMS software), and Toolbox (hardware rental as a service platform).
