International investor Hagag Development Europe strengthens its energy operations and local management structure and announces the formal appointment of Răzvan Pârvulescu as Development Director of the Natural Gas Division of Hagag Energy.
Involved with the Hagag Energy team since the formation of the division, Răzvan Pârvulescu officially takes over the management of the Development and Expansion department at a time when the company is rapidly expanding its footprint in the natural gas distribution segment.
In this role, Răzvan will continue to coordinate the activities of the Development and Expansion department, focusing on the expansion of the concessions portfolio, the definition and implementation of the medium and long term development strategy of the Natural Gas Division, as well as the development of new business lines relevant for this market segment.

With more than 17 years of experience in management and business development, Răzvan Pârvulescu has held, during his professional career, both management positions in private companies with activities in the fields of telecommunications, civil construction and energy, as well as diplomatic positions.
In the first three months since the launch of Hagag Energy, its efforts have been focused on expanding its portfolio of concessions and accelerating ongoing projects, during which time Hagag Energy has added five contracts to its portfolio for the concession of the public service of natural gas distribution, namely design, execution and operation of natural gas distribution networks, bringing the total number of contracts to 72 and a national presence covering 95 towns and two cities in 18 counties in the country.

Pe termen mediu și lung, exclusiv în cadrul Diviziei Gaze Naturale, direcțiile de dezvoltare ale Hagag Energy rămân corelate cu dinamica Programului Național de Investiții „Anghel Saligny” – care susține extinderea infrastructurii de gaze la nivel local, unul dintre obiectivele principale ale companiei fiind acela de a finaliza cu succes, până la finalul anului 2027, toate cele 69 de rețele aferente concesiunilor pe care le deține.
Hagag Energy se regăsește în primele 20 de poziții din totalul celor 27 de operatori licențiați la nivel național, cu un volum total de 72 de contracte active, poziționându-se drept unul dintre jucătorii relevanți din România, pe acest segment de piață. În prezent compania are deja 3 rețele finalizate și în operare, 21 de proiecte aflate în faza de proiectare, 23 în execuție, iar alte 25 în diferite etape de avizare.
